We are also specialized in the creation of aluminum sand castings, a highly automated process that allows you to obtain pieces of excellent quality and finish. This procedure represents the modern evolution of the ancient lost wax technique. We make disposable models in compacted sand, subsequently immersed in special tanks containing thermosetting resins. After joining these two materials, they create a resistant external coating by polymerization. When the casting of molten aluminum is poured into the form, the resin evaporates and leaves only the piece to solidify, which after cooling has to be cleaned of residues to be ready for use.
